TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Studio Name: THE BUNKER
By entering the premises of THE BUNKER, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not enter or use the studio facilities.
1. General Conduct
1.1 All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
1.2 Harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
1.3 No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
1.4 The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
2. Booking & Payments
2.1 All sessions must be booked in advance.
2.2 Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking.
2.3 Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance.
2.4 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or full session fee.
2.5 Overtime will be billed at the studio’s current hourly rate.
3. Studio Equipment & Property
3.1 Clients are responsible for all equipment used during their session.
3.2 Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be billed to the client.
3.3 Equipment may not be removed from the premises without written permission.
3.4 Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas.
4. Liability & Assumption of Risk
4.1 Entry and use of the studio are at your own risk.
4.2 The Studio is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
4.3 Clients assume full responsibility for guests they invite onto the premises.
4.4 Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, and employees from any claims arising from use of the facilities.
5. Recording & Intellectual Property
5.1 Clients retain ownership of their creative works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 The Studio retains ownership of all studio equipment, templates, and production tools.
5.3 Any unpaid balances may result in withholding of session files until payment is complete.
5.4 The Studio may use non-confidential portions of recordings for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Safety & Security
6.1 Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
6.2 Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility unless in designated areas.
6.3 Firearms or weapons are strictly prohibited.
6.4 The Studio may use video surveillance for security purposes.
7. Guest Policy
7.1 The number of guests per session may be limited.
7.2 Guests must follow all studio rules.
7.3 The booking client is responsible for guest behaviour and any resulting damages.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 The Studio agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased materials.
8.2 Clients agree not to disclose proprietary studio processes or trade secrets.
9. Force Majeure
The Studio shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
10. Amendments
The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Studio constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country].
12. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By entering the Studio premises, you confirm that:

* You agree to comply with all studio policies.
* You accept full responsibility for your conduct and that of your guests.
